Kerrville again September 2017

This is my first camping trip in over a month! I was seriously beginning to have withdrawl symptoms. Because of my participation in the Master Naturalist training, the effects of the hurricanes, and the phony gas shortage, I haven't been going anywhere.

Today I finally got on the road after 11 AM. It was a normal pleasant trip. I had an easy set up in a beautiful site. Stacey tells me that the ladies next to me were in this site and had to move because of me. Oh well, that's what happens when you have reserved sites.

I went over to Brewdawgz with the intention of having a beer or two. But, the special of the day was meatloaf. Since that's my favorite food, I went ahead and ate while I was there.

I had planned on installing my Power Armor tomorrow. I had some questions about how to do it. I emailed the Tech Team, and also messaged Randy Wilbanks. He suggested a way to install it. I took his advice and after dinner went to Gibson's to buy some longer bolts.

When I got back to camp, I want ahead and did the installation. It took me two hours. It wasn't necessarily hard to do. It just made you work shoulder, elbow, wrist, and finger muscles that you're not used to using that way . I'll be hurting tomorrow. At least it's installed.
